There, search for the site you just bookmarked. Once you find it in the results, click on it and check the description fields which appear at the bottom of that window. You’ll find a small arrow pointing downwards that says More. Click on it. Step 3. You’ll now see a field that says Keyword. This is where you’ll put the letter or the word that you could use to quickly open that site in Firefox. Don’t forget to hit the small Save button before you exit out of that window. In Chrome, this process is a bit tricky because there’s no straight-forward way to get it done. But there’s a simple workaround. Lets see what is that. Step 1. Right click on the Chrome address bar and click on Edit search engines. Step 2. The Edit Search Engines window will open up. Now click on Add on the right. Step 3. Here, add the name of the site, the corresponding keyword you want to use and its URL. Click OK and you are done! You can now type in that keyword and hit enter to open that site in Chrome.
